    OMG. So good. I had a personal emergency and they were so kind and so accommodating when they had no obligation to do so toward a stranger. I NEVER leave reviews but was so stunned by their swift and kind response that I said I would give them a GLOWING review. And Ibis might be a chain hotel but the employees make it a better stay! I am so grateful for the staff there.     Great location. Rooms clean but on the smaller side. Please note - shampoo & conditioner are not provided. Staff were wonderful & accomodating. Everything was clean & breakfast buffet was ample. The only thing lacking were the breakfast bags for the tour groups... 2 pieces of bread with only half a piece of ham, and half a piece of cheese is not adequate. Otherwise, would stay here & recommend for certain.     Decent budget hotel

    A really decent ‘budget’ hotel which provided a very comfortable room, great shower in the bathroom and tasty food at breakfast time. The lighting is a little dark in the bedroom and the breakfast doesn’t get replenished very quickly, hence my 4* review. Great location and the staff are very friendly with great English.     An Everlasting Memory

    Hotel choices are usually based on location, accommodations and prices. Understandable.But the choice to return to a given hotel is usually based on the service rendered, which is why I will always choose to return to this Ibis Hotel. What began as a place to stay after a mega family reunion of 60+ people, ended up being my home for an extended period due to an accidental fall my husband had that fractured his femur resulting in emergency surgery.I was alone during his hospitalization, feeling anxious and vulnerable. The day before his surgery I went downstairs to breakfast and was warmly greeted by the same young man who had greeted me on previous mornings. This time I began to weep - a combination of stress mixed with the kindness expressed by the young man who lent me his shoulder to cry into.A couple of minutes later, I was fine. The following days I was greeted by him, David. and his colleagues including Nichol, Anne, Verm. In addition, anything I needed at the front desk was cheerfully attended to by Daniela, Darwin or Claudia. My husband was discharged from the hospital and will have his stitches removed tomorrow.We will then be permitted to fly back home in a couple of days. The people employed at this Ibis hotel became my family; always smiling and willing to help in any way.     Lower than average hotel.

    While the hotel is modern, the room was tiny. No fridge or microwave. The shower had no water pressure. Since there was no handheld shower head and the pressure was so minimal, it was hard to clean oneself. There was no complimentary soap and only a bottle of shampoo in the shower. The ac was noisy. It kept rattling all night. Breakfast buffet was deficient. No orange juice, only some tasteless juices. There was cold waffles and pancakes and no way to heat them up.
