    I was one of the members of our tour group staying at this beautiful hotel in MiraFlores.It is a beautiful hotel: beautifully appointed rooms, very quiet, and in a good location.I enjoyed the free breakfast, although I am puzzled why no one was ever present at the omelette station. The juices were good. If you like not dry, scrambled eggs and barely cooked bacon then you are happy.The only suggestion that I have is for directions, in English, for those of us who do not know how to work two remotes to get the TV working.     Does not have air conditioning as advertised, it should not be listed as an amenity, we were told there is no AC in the whole hotel. The rooms were nice but room was 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 26-27 Celsius. I wish the fridge was empty so you could store leftovers in it.     We stayed at this hotel as part of our group tour. The location is pretty fantastic, steps away from the Kennedy Park, food/restaurants are around the corner, and the airport shuttle stop is a 5 minute walk away (near the park). The hotel definitely felt more standard business rather than boutique. However, the beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. The front desk were helpful to me in contacting a tour company when I didn’t know if they were running late. Our breakfast was included as part of our tour package, and it’s got sufficient choices of hot and cold foods. We returned here at the end of our tour and I ordered the room service, which was reasonably pried and tasted good. The wifi worked well. Really no complaints while staying here!

    I arrived in an early morning after a long overnight flight. I was asked to pay extra $120 for early check-in. Then I bargain to $60, but I have to wait 3 more hours. Two men working on the front desk were impolite and not very helpful. Even no exchange of gazes and smile. I won’t come back to this hotel definitely.     i rarely give any hotel a 5 star, however I give this hotel a 5 stars for the following reasons:1. location: it locates at a quiet street and yet walking distance to all the lively places and restaurants.2. the cleanliness of the place, from the terrace bar, to the dining area, to the lobby all are well decorated and well maintained.3. Staffs are professional and efficient and helphul.4.
