    Room was not ready at 17 PM and we Need to wait 1 hour

    Room wasn't clean at arrival. We asked for another room and the hotel was fully booked. We had to wait 1 hour and It was 16.00 pm .Service was really slow and we had to urge them many times to get our room ready in a reaonable time.     3 nights in Lima before Cusco visit

    This is a great location. However the hotel is very old, rooms are dark, and if the room is on the street side, sleeping is impossible due to noise. Only the second floor is renovated. Staff is OK. AGAIN, THE LOCATION IS GREAT, AND VERY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD, especially, if you are travelling alone..

    I spent one night at this hotel. The room is extremely old and outdated. The pictures posted on the hotel website and on booking.com is an injustice. Its misleading. Outside the building looks ok but the room...oh my. The room is also small...if you are an English speaking guest, just dont turn on the TV, there is nothing there for you. Breakfast is basci. If you get a room facing the inner court yard, just dont bother with the window.

    I didn't like carpets in the room, so i didn't like my room that much. Lima is very humid and the bathrooms have mold. The breakfast was limited and the terrace where it happened was opened, so it was cold there... I think our room had a soundproof window because we didn't hear noise from the streets.

    Overall great hotel ! Very attentive to the customers ! My fav coco lobby with David ! Un señor excelente con los clientes se los recomiendo ! Besides him like I said we home is very attentive to everyone
