Location

Facility

27 junior suites, 3 suites, 72 single rooms and 24 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     The hotel is in a good location, is well-appointed, and clean. However, this is what one would expect of most hotels. The housekeeping was very good.Nevertheless, the bar service needs vast improvement. I had to search for a "server/bartender". She made me a drink and disappeared. I had to ask for another drink after a long wait, and requested a menu for appetizers. She finally reappeared and just assumed that I was finished. She didn't ask if I wanted anything else. I gave her my name and room number, and never saw her again. Please be mindful that there were absolutely NO other patrons present. I left and sat in the lobby area, only to later return to my room.My husband said that another person came to the room and asked him to sign for my food and drinks. RIDICULOUS. I don't appreciate that her lack of follow up was used to make it appear that I was "skipping out" on my bill.DO BETTER!

    Hector, Christopher, and Marco were excellent. This is an excellent and well run hotel in San Isidro, Lima. Great location with excellent food at the hotel. The overall hotel experience was divine, and I have worked in the hospitality and travel industry for 12 years now. I must say overall this has been quite an amazing experience. I highly recommend.

    Enjoyable stay in this classy boutique hotel. Very impressed with the rooms, which even have nice fluffy bathrobes, at half the price of a dumpy marriott. It's a quiet neighborhood, but you can still walk to a few restaurants.It's a good place for a short day or 2 stop over, in an otherwise noisy, unimpressive City

    I stayed at NM Lima for only two days before my trip back home. I rolled my ankle in Cusco and needed wheelchair accommodation to get into the hotel. The hotel arranged for a car service from the airport to the hotel and provided a wheelchair when I got to the hotel. The staff was very patient, kind and understanding. The hotel has a wheelchair accessibility which was a bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel seems to be situated in a great location. I wish I had more time to explore the area; maybe next time.

    This was a fleeting visit to Lima for me, just 3 nights, but my stay at the NM Hotel was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the facilities you could ask for. The buffet breakfast had huge variety and all the cooked food was very nicely done.
