    Kind staff, clean room, basic but good breakfast. Located on walking distance from LCC (30 minutes). The room is basic, but has everything.     Everything was great, from front desk to kitchen/restaurant staff to housekeeping. Special shoutout to Cristopher and Cecília who stood out! Some remodeling meant hammering in the morning, but that was almost finished. Everything else was fantastic. Comfy beds, great food, well located.     The hotel was clean, but there is a lot of noise from the street, They could not put me in a better room, I decided to move another hotel, they never give me a refund, they charged me full days. The location it's good, the attention was great, it's clean, I stay there at least for the past 8 years, however it's the 1st time I got a room on the 5th floor with a window to the street, it's a disaster, because the noises was in my room. The manager never want to help me at all, at the contrary was very nasty.
