    the rooms were sparse (basic King bed and amenities) but exceptionally well kept, clean and quiet. Its on a very busy street, but I was on the 9th floor and had a very quiet stay. Service was very good, nothing remarkable other than the offered Pisco Sour (which I took advantage of).     Great location and good rooms

    Ramada Encore has a great location, San Isidro, in the financial zone. So, if you are in a business travel and needs to move around San Isidro, this is a good location, once Lima traffic is terrible and the best way is moving by feet.Rooms are clean, comfortable and provides the basic amenities, such as hair dryer, vault, water heater, cable TV and a small desk. Frigobar is available, but it's empty. Wireless is good and I had about 50 MBs download and upload rating.Hotel provides room service (24 hours) with a few options, but there is a restaurant in the second floor. Breakfast, generally, is a complimentary service and it's good.     Problem with the services

    There is a lack of water while you are in the shower (it's not funny) the people is very nice the restroom crowded few variety in the menu they are repairing the street any yu could hear the noise lack of rest RalphM1501, Gerente at Ramada Encore Lima San Isidro, responded to this review We are very sorry for the inconveniences you had at our Hotel and our apologies for those situations . The problem with the water was due to the repairing of the street , this is something that the Lima District is doing unfortunaly with time delay. We are taking note about the variety in menu , we are working with our chef on it.We hope to see you back at Ramada Encore to see the changes and no problem with water right now.Regards

    This is the second time I stay at Ramada Encore Lima Hotel. The staff very friendly and always willing to help, very clean rooms, good food and tranquility in the room that allows you to work without interruptions.     Clean rooms, average location, minuscule gym and basic breakfast food

    The hotel is located at a major intersection with cars using their horns all the time, day or night. Not close to restaurants or entertainment. The gym had 2 treadmills (one broken) and one sky machine. Breakfast food very basic. My room had no windows and the balcony door was locked.
