    EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

    rating03 Sept 2026

Excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Miraflores, with absolutely everything within walking distance.Larcomar is only four blocks away, where you can shop and enjoy excellent restaurants. It is also just two blocks from Larco Avenue, which offers countless options for shopping, restaurants, and casinos. Richard, Elizabeth, and Lorena at the front desk are very friendly and provide exceptional service to the guests. Richard remembered my name every time he greeted me in the hotel lobby. The breakfast selection is varied. Overall, the service at this hotel is truly five-star.

    Great Choice in Lima

    rating21 Oct 2025

A very nice hotel centrally located in Mirafores. Plenty of restaurants/shops/parks within walking distance, which is great because the traffic in Lima is an absolute nightmare. Rent a car only if you have already had a fulfilling life, have a very strong heart and an even temper. Hotel restaurant is also very good. Customer service is excellent.

Top-Notch Service & Total Comfort at Sol de Oro

    rating04 May 2025

We stayed at Hotel Sol de Oro with a group of 28 people, and everything was absolutely perfect. This hotel is excellent for groups. From the very beginning, the attention from their manager Elizabeth was first-class—she supported us with every step of the planning and communication process. After a long and exhausting trip, we were welcomed with warm smiles, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The next morning, even though our group had to leave at 4:00 AM, they had breakfast-to-go ready for us and even set up a special coffee station—such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic, and they even had chocolate eggs to celebrate Easter. The rooms were spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location in Miraflores couldn’t be better—central and accessible to everything.I would definitely bring another group back to Sol de Oro. Highly, highly recommended!

    rating16 Jun 2024

I had seen a few less than positive reviews for this hotel before we went so I had some trepidation but our experience was fantastic. Hotel room was spotless, staff were very helpful and friendly, location is great and breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely recommend.
