  Fantastic, prompt, and friendly service. Yerdi and Alex made the check-in process seamless and even upgraded our family so we could be more comfortable. Rooms are very clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

  The front desk staff Gladys and Yerdi are very helpful and friendly, the checkin process is smooth.I just stayed one night for machu picchu, I arrived early that day, and they have room available for me to checkin earlier. appreciated so much.The room is simple but cozy. I slept very well.Many restaurants nearby.   All-in-all a nice hotel when visiting Machu Picchu

  We stayed one night at this nice hotel in a spacious 5th-floor river-front room. The view from the room was delightful (though we didn't mind, but beware of the noise from the fast flowing river!). We were served at dinner and breakfast by Lourdes, who was attentive and polite, as were all the reception and room staff. A relatively busy railway track on the door step of the hotel was an interesting experience.
