  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Piura last June, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Sergio at the front desk was fantastic—he answered all our questions with patience and professionalism and was so knowledgeable about the area. His assistance really made us feel welcome.The free breakfast was another highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Piura for anyone visiting the area—you won’t be disappointed!

  Great hotel and great location. Staff was super helpful, specially front desk. One of the ladies at the front, Indara I believe was her name, was super helpful specially with my little kids. She also gave me tips to see the city when you have little ones to keep entertained. I would recommend this hotel, specially if you like having resourceful people on staff.

  Very near the airport. A friendly, English speaking welcome and plenty of help with my luggage and no one looking for tips.Spacious room.Enormous TV, but only two English language stations.No bathtub but a great shower. The bathroom would benefit from a vanity mirror. There is a mesh blind but it really needs black out blinds. Nice big comfortable bed. Thank goodness I had a free day because I slept for twelve hours!The pool was sufficient but it only had three loungers. Right next to a shopping mall with Supermarket, cinema, shops and restaurants.

  I stayed by the hotel after a flight cancelation and I cannot wait to stay there next time I'll go to Piura. The staff is friendly. The facilites are top of the line. I'm happy to see that a quality hotel actually opened in Piura.   Best hotel standard in Piura

  A new hotel changing the standard of the industry in Piura. Great rooms, with comfortable beds, A/C new equipment (important in this hot city), and a very kind staff. Breakfast and food are very good. I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. It’s equivalent to a 5-star for a small province like Piura. Beside is located a small shopping center (called Plaza de la Luna) with some services like cinemas, fast food, banks, among others.
