  False promises and Disrespectful Employees

  We will not stay at this hotel again. We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay for maintenance in the middle of the night. They told us they’d give us an upgrade for the trouble and they put us in a smaller room. After three different rooms we still were put in a room without the same amenities that we had. We had to go down the next morning and complain again for them to finally give us a room like the one we originally booked.It felt like you had to fight or complain for them to treat you with respect and to honor what they said they would do. For example, they gave us a bottle of water at no cost for the trouble and then wanted to charge us for that at the end of our stay. They also gave us two free drinks at the bar next door and then the barman denied us those drinks when we sat at the bar, making us feel like we were in the wrong or trying to get something for free.We come to Piura often to visit family and will be staying at the Casa Andina or Costa del Sol for future visits.

  I stayed at LP Los Portales Hotel Piura with my family in April and we had a great experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning — a perfect start to our days. The staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Piura!

  Hotel an Oasis in Centro Piura. Pool area is well kept and quite attractive. Hospitality at desk and restaurant is really personal and attentive. My room was on front of colonial building but still quiet thru the night and the AC in my room was self adjusting and very good … Piura is hot and humidity high so this is invaluable. The city isn’t a touristic destination, but the remaining colonial structures you do find and the local flavor make for interesting few days.

  Excellence all over, friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Nailea who did provide a great support. My room had a very high ceiling, was spacious and super clean. Bathroom with nice shower and plenty of water pressure. A must in Piura!

  An amazing and good experience. Love the hotel, amenities, rooms and breakfast buffet was so delicious with a lot of choices. All the staff were kind and extremely helpful. Close to the center of the city and the airport. Excellent place to stay!
