    From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we already had such a pleasant experience. We were warmly accommodated right away and were even given a complimentary early check-in.Special thanks to Ms. Myla for patiently answering all our queries and giving us different options to accommodate our requests.     It's a great location and t Pools and proximity to the beach are excellent.Room was great and the staff were all spot on.Special mentions to Joan who was always present at Breakfast with a coffee and a jug of cold milk for me.I think the staff all fell in love with our 3 year old daughter more than us, but hey we got great treatment.Protip: Jezreel one of the Henann Masseuses was excellent, if 100% Filipino is to much ask for a 75% hard massage, really good.The not so wonderful but not a deal-breaker:The WiFi in our room was awful but I never got round to reporting it, and I'm an ex L2 Network Support Tech??No Bacon or Yoghurt for breakfast that should be a criminal offence ??For the rest it's a great place, we stayed 24 nights.

    The front desk staff i think her name is louise made our check in completely seamless and special thanks to her for accomodating our fam of 3 for our last minute request from 1 large bed to 2 seperate beds.Great hotel, location, pools, foods and staffs. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

    I would like to give a special appreciation to Joan from Henann Garden Resort Boracay. She is such a friendly, kind, and respectful person. What really impressed me was that she still remembered us from our visit last year. ??We even had a nice conversation about tattoos, and she was so pleasant and easy to talk to.
