The perfect location newly renovated, very clean rooms. It has what you need. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that is affordable and just at the beach. It is a two stars hotel because it’s only a a room but for the price I can’t complain.

Misleading

The name of this place is extremely misleading. We were horrified when we arrived there. The entrance is creepy with a dirty grill right at the front steps. The room was cramped and had boarded up windows. The floor was sandy and fashioned from the same outside tile. There is no security and there is a "junk dump" area just b4 getting to the rooms. There was no way we could have stayed there for 6 nights. We left to find other accommodations. And are now in the process of trying to get in touch with management.

Okey for overnight Stay,a bit Noisy especially groundFlor workers talking loud,slamming door at 3am,Breakfast incl but burned my pancake. 20step to the beach which is Very good. OverAll a budget hotel.

OK hotel in a good location near the beach and activities. An average 2 star hotel, my price was good. The service was fine. Not much of a view but did have balcony and air conditioning and other standard.

Small and poorly lit room

My fiance and I visited Boracay and stayed in Sun Villa Beachfront for 2 days Last June 2019. We opted for the beach view room but all we had was a room with view of a neighboring house. Their restaurant has the beachfront view not their rooms. The breakfast is average. Room is small and has poor lighting. The mosquito net did not help at all placed on top of headboard area. The place is expensive given the quality of room and service they provide. Aircon does not cool well but is tolerable given the rainy season. I will not recommend this place especially if you have kids with you. No decent chair/table inside the room.
