    A Wonderful Picnic Experience at Mövenpick

    We had such a wonderful experience with the picnic dinner at Mövenpick! It was a great value for a beautiful and intimate celebration for couples. The sunset view was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even more special.The staff were incredibly accommodating, respectful, and attentive throughout the entire experience. A special shoutout to Myjie, our butler, who was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly. We also want to thank Ma’am Cyra for coordinating everything with us and making the arrangements seamless.The food was super good and surprisingly fulfilling, and the picnic venue itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very accommodating. From the setup to the service and the overall experience, everything went smoothly.Highly recommended for couples looking for a nice, intimate, and memorable picnic dinner, especially for a special celebration. Thank you, Mövenpick, for making our evening extra special!

    A Comfortable and Well-Kept Stay with Wonderful Staff

    Location:The location is a little farther from the main beach, but getting around is still convenient as services like schedules shuttle services and tuk-tuks can easily be called when needed. I actually appreciated having a quieter location while still having transportation options available.Rooms & Service:The rooms are consistently well-kept, clean, and comfortable. I would especially like to recognize Hazena and Georlin, who were both incredibly pleasant and attentive throughout our stay. They always made sure our room was properly taken care of. Their attention to detail and warm, friendly attitude really made a difference. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and their service made us feel genuinely well looked after. They were always courteous, approachable, and happy to assist whenever needed.Amenities:The amenities are also good and provide everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Safety:I felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. There are plenty of security guards and staff regularly around the property, which was reassuring, especially when coming and going at different times.The hotel is generally very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of staff keeping the property tidy. My only comment is that the lobby and hotel shuttles have a very strong scent, which can be quite irritating, especially for guests who are sensitive to smells. A lighter fragrance would be more comfortable.Food was the main area for improvement. The breakfast main dishes felt more like lunch options. The pizza at the Italian restaurant was good, although the other dishes were just okay. The Chocolate Hour snacks also felt a little underwhelming.Overall:Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The property is well maintained, the rooms are consistently clean, and the staff are genuinely welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Hazena and Georlin for taking such good care of our room and making our stay even more enjoyable. Their service really stood out to us and deserves to be recognized.

    I can’t express how thankful I am to all the staff at Movenpick hotel. I met some amazing and kind people. Thank you to Juleevie, Gary, Rianne, Ryan, Mitch, Honey, Ella, Eric, Dave and all the other staff. Thank you Gary and Juleevie for making our smoothies every morning :) Thank you to Eric at beach bar and all the girls there, for such a warm welcome and you kindness throughout our stay. Good job Gelo in having such an amazing group of people. We will always remember all of you and will miss seeing you everyday.
