The resort is located in station 1 of Boracay Island, a mere 3-minute walk from the beach. It is accessible by tricycles (main way of transportation on the island) and is walking distance from D-Mall shopping complex, and other restaurants and bars.

22 junior suites, 2 suites, 65 single rooms and 65 double rooms are available to guests. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are also available to guests. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water skiing, canoeing and snorkelling. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, sailing and diving. A gym and aerobics or, for a fee, table tennis, are among the sport and leisure options available. After a long day, guests can relax in the wellness area, which features a spa and a sauna. Massage treatments are among the facilities available for an extra fee. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can dine at the non-smoking restaurant, which includes a separate area for smokers (high chairs are available). The resort offers a wide range of catering options. Half board and full board can be booked. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu.

    ?If you want to be close to Station 1 (literally a 2-minute walk from pool area) while still having easy access to the main road, shops, and town, PATIO Pacific is a fantastic choice. It's a quite area which we loved.?The staff are super polite and always welcoming. It was great having access to the pool, gym, and restaurant right on site.?My only real feedback is regarding the food and bar setup. The restaurant frequently ran out of menu options for lunch and dinner, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the bar area isn't very prominent—it would be awesome if they made it a clear focal point and added better signage for operating hours and Happy Hour promos! Breakfast is buffet and menu is changed everyday.Rooms are just perfect for what we need and bed is comfortable. We had a minor issues during our checked out but been resolved immediately.?Would still recommend for the convenience and great service!

    Three Stays and Still My Favorite!

    This was my third stay at this hotel, and it has never disappointed me. Every visit has been a wonderful experience, which is why I keep coming back whenever I'm in Boracay.The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything Boracay has to offer.What I appreciate most is the consistency of their service and hospitality. It's rare to find a place that maintains such high standards over the years, and this hotel continues to exceed my expectations.One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide an additional mirror in the bed area, especially for guests traveling with a large group of friends. It would make getting ready much more convenient, particularly during busy mornings or before heading out in the evening.Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay.     The location was convenient. in one minute, you’ll reach the shore. I like the pool as well. And the people, very accommodating and the customer service is excellent. the check-in and out were both smooth.
