  Great Hotel with One Key Issue

  Really great stay overall - beautiful rooms, excellent service, and a proper five-star feel throughout. The food was fantastic, especially the Thai restaurant upstairs, which was a highlight. The amenities were also well maintained.Special thanks to Brian at reception, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming, along with the rest of the reception team.The only downside: during my one-week stay there were three weddings. The hotel blocks off large parts of the beach and sometimes closes facilities like the pool and upper areas, which significantly affects guests. It also gets quite noisy in the evenings.I’d recommend the hotel, but avoid staying during wedding periods until management finds a better balance.

  This place is a slice of heaven. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. Their attention to detail is exceptional - Nicole remembered our morning coffee order after the first day; Ralph was helpful with our daily frozen icetea poolside orders and Nonie always greeted us with a massive smile and readily arranged our daily e-trikes...if we knew everyones names, more are certainly deserving of specific mention. This trip has been sooooo memorable....The music that played in the background, the food options, the cleanliness and the location made the atmosphere all the more magical.

  We stayed at the hotel for four nights for a wedding on-site. While the location, views, and restaurants were excellent, the overall experience was inconsistent for a hotel of this price and category.Service was often slow or unresponsive, and housekeeping lacked attention to detail (missing replenishments such as water, tissues, slippers, and basic amenities). The gym facilities were also very limited and not in line with five-star expectations.We also experienced an issue with the initially assigned room category not matching expectations, although this was resolved the following day.On the positive side, the dining experiences at the Thai and Mediterranean restaurants were outstanding and truly memorable.Overall, there is a clear gap between the potential of the property and the actual guest experience delivered.

  Unforgettable Stay at The Lind Service That Sets the Standard

  I recently stayed at The Lind Boracay, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience felt effortless, luxurious, and incredibly well thought out.The location is perfect right on the quieter end of White Beach offering stunning views, crystal-clear water, and a more relaxed atmosphere while still being close to everything. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with amazing facilities, spacious rooms, and one of the best pools in Boracay.What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the service especially Troy. He went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure we had the best experience. From helping us with bookings and recommendations to simply checking in and making sure everything was perfect, his attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in making guests feel valued.The entire team at The Lind was fantastic, but Troy genuinely elevated our stay to another level.We left feeling relaxed, looked after, and already planning our return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Boracay this place sets the standard.
