City experience

Location is very good. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar was excellent, we had lunches at the rooftop bar and the people were very accommodating. However, the bar in the 1st floor was very slowwwwwww. The breakfast were included in our reservation and it was very good.

Pool bar staff are amazing especially Prince and JC. Nothing too much trouble for them. Had a family party which they catered for with the utmost professionalism. Every single one of them including the lifeguard deserves a mention. Any cocktail any request they are there to help. I can't say enough thanks to them they are all a credit to the limkitkai luxe hotel. 100% satisfaction guaranteed

Front desk is rude and inconsiderate. They are not happy serving people. No towels inside the room. You need to request for it. Service is bad. Even the massage service and booking is really bad

Trapped in the bathroom
16 Mar 2026
I am writing to report a distressing and dangerous incident that occurred during my stay on March 4, 2026 in room 915.?While using the bathroom at around 2:15pm, the door knob suffered a mechanical failure, leaving me trapped inside for approximately 30 minutes. As I did not have my mobile phone with me and there was no emergency telephone installed in the bathroom, I was left with no immediate way to contact the front desk or emergency services.?During the half-hour I was confined, I attempted to force the door open and shouted for assistance. This was a frightening and exhausting experience that caused me significant distress. Fortunately, a member of the housekeeping staff eventually heard my calls and intervened to help me out.?I would like to highlight two critical failures here:1. The door knob was clearly not inspected or maintained properly, leading to a total failure.2. Had there been a wall-mounted phone in the bathroom—a standard safety feature in many hotels—I could have requested help immediately rather than enduring a prolonged period of panic.?I trust you take guest safety seriously and will look into the maintenance schedules for these rooms. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to rectify this situation and what steps are being taken to ensure other guests do not face a similar emergency.?As of today, March 17, 2026, I have yet to receive a response or any acknowledgment from the General Manager. To be honest, I am quite disappointed by this lack of communication. I had expected a more timely professional courtesy, and the continued silence on this matter is frustrating.
