  I was hesitant to stay here on my first trip over a year ago. As a frequent in-city vacationer here in Cebu, I have, of course, my favorites, still do.And now Bai is one of them.The entire staff from check-in to check-out was just a step above extraordinary.SUPER ROOMS AND HOUSEKEEPING. I wish I could recall everyone's name, Roy and the other managers, Babes,(her name), at check-in, and Irene, who helped me in several areas, including retrieving a lost ring I inadvertently left in my room on check-out.Food is great, although in the lobby lounge, the wait time for a meal is a bit longer than I like. 30-45 minutes on average, yet it is served with a smile and genuine appreciation for your patronage.The breakfast buffet didn't disappoint this time. Last time they were so booked that the food was running out on the serving line faster than I could get some. I guess that happens when I saw a woman take the ENTIRE tray of bacon and place it on her plate.. *poof* bacon for 25 people gone in 10 seconds.. LOL....Pool bar staff is amazing, funny, and engaging, and the pool is VERY clean as well.That Japanese restaurant is delish. I love the tuna sashimi thereAs you can see, I cannot say enough positive things, try it, I think your stay will be memorable

  Awesome experience especially at the Twilight Roofdeck, live concert and great DJ. We got served by Rodgue and he was the best truly !!! Kent made me an incredible Ti Punch after looking for 5 sec at the bad puc I showed him can't recommend enough 🩵 Let's not forget the foood 😋
