I recently spent an overnight stay at the Dusit Thani Residences with my fiancee to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and offers top-notch amenities, making it the perfect place for a special celebration.The major highlight of our stay was the Executive Club Lounge. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, but it was the staff that made it truly memorable. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Kevin, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my birthday stay was comfortable, paying attention to every detail and always greeting us with a genuine, warm smile. It is rare to find that level of dedicated, personalized care, and Kevin truly made us feel like VIPs.Between the stunning accommodations and the flawless service at the Club Lounge, Dusit Thani Residences made my birthday incredibly special. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to return!

This was a serious letdown for a hotel carrying the Dusit name.

The room is beautiful. Big, clean, well finished. That is the only good thing I can say.Then you look out the window. Lying right there, in plain view, are two lifeless pigeons. Good thing the windows do not open or the smell would have made the room unbearable. And the actual view behind it is a gas station with massive fuel tanks and tanker trucks. That is what we paid for.There was no face towel and no hand towel. Only a single regular towel. This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Even smaller, far cheaper hotels provide a complete towel set as standard. There is no excuse for this at Dusit.Check-in took almost 30 minutes. Only two people were working the front desk for a line of more than ten guests, about five minutes each. At the same time there were many bellboys and greeters standing around with nothing to do. The two receptionists looked exhausted and clearly unhappy. They are carrying the entire front of house alone, and it shows.For a property at this price, under this brand, none of this is acceptable. Dusit management needs to see this, take it seriously and not just a PR reply.
