Premium prices but budget hotel mindset

The location is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. The front-of-house and housekeeping staff deserve 5 stars—they are genuinely kind and professional.Unfortunately, the management operates with a surprisingly cheap mindset that ruins the experience. Despite paying premium rates, I was denied a second coffee at breakfast because of a "one-coffee-per-day allowance"—an embarrassing level of nickel-and-diming for a hotel of this caliber.Furthermore, my specific request to have my laundry folded and packaged was ignored; the shirts were simply returned on hangers, budget-motel style. It’s a shame to see such a great property and hardworking staff held back by a management team more focused on petty cost-cutting than guest satisfaction.

My stay at Aruga by Rockwell Hotel was an excellent experience because of its convenient accessibility to the mall and nearby businesses. The staff were very hospitable and made me feel comfortable even while I was away from home.
