  We had a wonderful time at Okura, the food was amazing and the staff even more so! Especially Brian and Angelo from the kitchen! They brought our food fast and were very professional. We would 100% come here again, and are looking forward to doing so in the near future.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Stay at Hotel Okura Manila**Our stay at **Hotel Okura Manila** was truly superb.I would like to commend the hotel for the following:✅ **Gym Facilities** – The gym was excellent, with high-quality equipment and great accessibility. It felt comparable to a premium fitness center, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines comfortably.✅ **Bathroom Amenities** – I particularly loved the bathroom amenities. The milk lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were fragrant, lightweight on the skin, and of excellent quality. These thoughtful details elevated our overall experience.✅ **Sora Rooftop Bar** – The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to **Lynard, Matt, and Daryl** for their attentiveness and hospitality. They were very supportive throughout our visit and went above and beyond by assisting my 3-year-old son with his swimming vest, making us feel safe and well cared for.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable.   Excellent Stay So Far with Remarkable Service

  We are currently staying at Hotel Okura and have been very impressed with our experience so far.The service has been impeccable from everyone we've encountered. Our room was ready before the official check in time, which was greatly appreciated after our travels. The room itself is excellent, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.The breakfast quality has been very good, and everything we've tried has been fresh and enjoyable. While the selection is not as extensive as some larger luxury hotels, there is still a good variety of options, and the quality more than makes up for it.Any service requests we've made have been handled quickly, and the staff have consistently been attentive, professional, and welcoming.A special thank you to Kim, who has taken care of us during both of our afternoon tea visits and again at the rooftop bar. While the entire team has been wonderful, Kim's service has stood out. His pleasant demeanor, genuine warmth, and attention to detail have made each interaction memorable. The care he provides feels sincere and effortless, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience.We hope Kim receives the recognition he deserves for the outstanding hospitality he provides. He is a wonderful representative of the high standards of service at Hotel Okura.We are still enjoying our stay, and based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend this hotel.
