  The room was bigger than expected and the service was top class. We ordered room service and they didn't just deliver the food. They set it up and made it a very special dining experience.

  BATHTUB has pubic hair !

  Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm but when we arrived, the room wasn’t ready for another 90 minutes. They messaged us at around 4:30 pm saying that the room was finally ready. However, when i asked for late check out, they only gave us a 30 minute extension saying that they are on full capacity. When i argued that the room was given to us 90 minutes late, that’s when they finally agreed to extend 90 minutes. Then when my son was going to use the bathtub, we found TWO PUBIC HAir floating when we were filling it up. This is beyond GROSS and unacceptable especially when they made us wait 90 minutes since the room was being “cleaned.”

  I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Manila at City of Dreams and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel feels modern and well-maintained, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth.The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed—I had a really good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the layout and how quiet it was despite being connected to a busy entertainment complex.

  We love this hotel. All the staff from the front desk, bell men are all so accommodating, nice, helpful. The rooms are beautiful, bathrooms large, has everything you need. Bed is super comfortable.   We stayed at Hyatt Regency Manila to celebrate our daughter's 4th birthday. It was indeed a 5 star experience. Checkin process was smooth and room was ready upon arrival. Thanks to Ms. Hazel & Sir Jestin of Front Office for assisting us. Granted my request for a connecting room and gave us a complimentary birthday cake, really appreciated that it comes with a birthday card and for extending our checkout til 1pm. 💛My daughter loved the pool! it is very child-friendly. lifeguards on duty were attentive. Room service was fast and also to the housekeeping staffs who assisted us all the way, thank you. ✨Would like to thank also Ms Vherliza of The Cafe for giving our daughter a special token for her birthday. It was indeed a special moment. My daughter loved it here and we will come back for sure.
