A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We recently stayed at The Bayleaf Cavite as a family and booked three rooms, two twin-sharing rooms and one triple room with single beds.The two twin rooms were as expected consistent and comfortable, just like our previous stays. No issues there.However, we had a few concerns with the triple room (Room 305). It didn’t have a fridge, which was surprising since most hotel rooms typically include one. When I called the concierge, I was informed that rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors don’t come with a fridge. Thankfully, after being transferred to the housekeeping supervisor, they were able to provide one for my mother, which we appreciated. The TV in that room also wasn’t working during our stay.As for the amenities, the pool experience was a bit disappointing. There was a foam party, which might be fun for kids, but it made the pool feel crowded and less enjoyable for swimming. It became quite inconvenient, especially with limited space due to the foam.Breakfast was good arguably one of the highlights. The selection and taste were great, although refilling of food trays could be a bit slow when items ran out.I do want to mention that the receptionist, Max, was incredibly helpful during check-in and check-out. Their assistance made the process much smoother and more pleasant.Overall, it was still an okay stay, but there are a few areas that could definitely be improved, especially in room consistency and some amenities.
