  Nice service. Inconsistent hygienic policy.

  Service has been nice and polite. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good as well. But what irritated me, was the fact that nobody from the staff has worn a mask properly or no mask at all. Due to Covid it is mandated to were a mask and it is Hilton policy to were mask in the hotel. With this in mind the staff must lead by example.

  The room is well designed. The material used for decoration and in-room facilities are in good Hilton quality. The bathroom shower gel,hand soap, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner are available in the bathroom at the disposer. No shower cap, nor any other personal bathroom amenities. Hair dryer is available in the closet, as well as the iron board.The breakfast line were good and well equipped. There are some shops and some restaurants nearby. If you come with a car, free parking is available at the hotel. You can also drive to the seaside/the beach where you can find several restaurants for dinner.

  Doesn't compare to a Hampton Inn in the United States! So don't plan to be treated as a Diamond here.

  No designated Diamond parking. No offered welcome 'treats'. If you speak English most of the lady at reception avoid speaking. An at all Hamptons & Hampton Inns there is coffee ready to go 24/7. Here as the employees help themselves to the coffee, the patrons are required to wait until 6:30 when for at first available. Then the coffee access is secured at 10pm. In case you trying to get coffee outside the re coffee hours Ms. Emalli will tell you leave without coffee. At asked for the General Managers card so I could resolve this is before posting a negative feedback on TripAdvisor, but she refused, leaving me no other course. All if you travel with medications you must rent a refrigerator unlike in the states where the ADA requires them to supply a room refrigerator at no additional cost. Also the shower is on so tighy and pointed to the inside wall,which, I'm sure is for the convenience of the room cleaner. And the towel heater does not work.Good luck to you if stay here, I hope this post will force improvements to be made. On a positive note, they have a great gourmet breakfast bar with more fancy dishes for breakfast I have seen at any Hampton type property. Thanks, for little to nothing Hampton Swinoujscie

  Perfect place, great to be there and spend time... Very good breakfact. Really clean rooms. Staff on the high quality standards. Fitness room maybe was not advanced, but enough for good trening. Arround you can find many nice restaurants.

  What a lovely hotel rooms very clean has underground car park left leba this morning found the hotel neptun disappointing was looking forward to staying there as we have been before but it has gone down hill a bit there where a lot of flies about the hotel all over the food and drinks not pleasant service was not as good except for kamella who was pleaser and helpfull and this morning at breakfast we saw Wanda who was very efficient and pleasant
