  Food is monotonous, it's not the same every day.

  I don't rip it off at most two stars, the food is not very good. The cold water was in the shower I do not recommend. dinner for big money the inherited day was a horror spoiled and not tasty

  The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast selection was fantastic - with fruit, cereal, hot food and many more options. The staff overall were very helpful when needed. We particularly liked the filtered water in the lift area.The location was great too. The door to the mall was a lovely surprise. We were very central and very close to the train station too.

  not exactly the 4 star standard of other european cities. The hotel room is not really bad but not really good. Altogether : acceptable but i do not feel like to recommend it. Particularly irritating the fact the hotel is encircled by urban streets who the locals use a formula one circuits with extra noisy motorbikes...

  Lovely Hotel But Needs A Bar & Gym

  We have stayed at the Qubus many times as it's in a prime location, easy walking to shops and bars etc.Room is nice and clean, TV and free WiFi and excellent air conditioning which is a must in the summer months.Bathrooms facilities good with free toiletries. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and freshly cooked omelettes etc available.Only thing I would say, hotel could do with a gym and a real bar! There used to be a bar on the ground floor but it closed and has never re-opened, we appreciate you can go to the restaurant but it does not have the same vibe as a real bar, probably the only let down for us.Looking forward to returning again at Christmas.

  An Awesome Place to Stay with a Perfect Location!

  We were attending a wedding at Bielsko-Biala and stayed at this hotel for three nights. Our room was small but the twin beds were quite comfortable. We had breakfast each day at the 4th floor restaurant which was very nice, a lot of selections were provided. I especially liked their fresh/homemade items. We also had dinner there two nights. The food was great and servers were attentive/helpful. The front desk was also very helpful. A special thanks goes to Magdalena for all her help before/during the stay. Without a doubt, we would stay there again! We enjoyed that it was connected to the mall and did some shopping in our down time. The only caution I would tell others, our hallway reeked of cigarette smoke on several occasions. (If you have severe allergies) We weren't the only guests that mentioned this, and we were informed it was caused by the outside intake vent. Once we got inside our room, it seemed fine.
