    Excellent Hotel in the Heart of Gdansk Old Town

    Stayed for four nights on a solo trip across Poland. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean and well-appointed room (including a fridge and safety deposit box); with a kettle and tea/coffee plus a helpful bottle of water also provided each day. Comfortable bed. Excellent buffet style breakfast with a large variety of good quality hot/cold savoury and sweet options available, that were changed every day. Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town, within a few minutes’ walk of most of the popular tourist sites. Would happily stay again.

    Just got back from a 5 day break at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location near to the river with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were cleaned daily and stocked up with tea and coffee. There is a fridge and safe free of charge in the room. Breakfast was continental with a few warm options. It was however lacking a toaster. The hotel itself was also very clean, but didn't have any seating area to relax and have a drink.

    This was a wonderful hotel! We were travelling with our 20-year old son. It was so nice to have two separate rooms and the kitchenette. The location was excellent! Just a few blocks from the Royal Walk. There were so many great restaurants nearby, it was hard to choose where to eat! The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful!One very minor complaint - if you have a room with a loft, be careful on the stairs. They are polished to such a high shine, they are a bit slippery!

    I only stayed there for one night so can't say too much, but I was pleased to find out during check in that my standard room was upgraded to suite. Location is great, right in the center of the old town. However, it is located in a side street, so if you're hoping for nice views of the old market, you'll be disappointed. Room was very clean, and good size with all the amenities you need. Comfy bed, not much of an outside or inside noise. Only downside was the breakfast which I found very basic and not much of choice, also food wasn't hot. I'd stay there again.

    We absolutely loved our stay at Apart Neptun. The location in the heart of Gdańsk Old Town is unbeatable – everything is just steps away. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a super comfy bed.The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect mix of hotel service and apartment-style freedom. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gdańsk!
