    I accidentally booked this hotel in the wrong city, and only realized my mistake afterward. Karolina from Hotel Arena Expo was incredibly kind and understanding — she explained the situation clearly and, despite the room being non-refundable, she went out of her way to issue me a refund.This level of honesty and compassion is rare and truly appreciated. These are exactly the kind of people you want to support and stay with. Even though I didn’t end up staying there, I can confidently say their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommended!

    Great budget hotel close to tram at Amber expo stadium

    Great hotel ample breakfast free parking super powerful shower Clean warm and friendly staff Modern decor and elevator Cheap tram to old town central area every 10 mins. Tram 10 which passes the solidarity museum and shipyard gate two where is all happened and it’s a must visit and very good value The old town is amazing And just up the coast is the town and resort of sopot another must visit

    Nice hotel, but location is not the best, because no restaurants or shops close by. You need to order taxi if you want to go to the city centre. Tram runs near to hotel, but we didn't use it, because it not runs regulary.Hotel's reception is open 24/7 and staff were really friendly! Breakfest was good. Many options to choose. Room was basic, not special.

    This is a 3* Hotel next to the Gdańsk Stadium, but it is perfect for city visit I think. ~15min with the tram 10 away from the main train station, which goes regularly! The breakfast buffet was very good and the room nice and clean. Definitly worth the price, which was pretty low in comparison to other aaccomodations in Gdańsk! Ital was a perfect stay.

    Small but clean room in this hotel with reasonable price mainly for short stays. Good communication as the tram runs just across the street. Nice big buffet for breakfast and good service from very helpful staff.
