    Warm temp and welcome at this hotel

    Was here three years ago. This was my first choice on my return to Gdansk. The hotelIs modern, stylish and warm (needed that at minus 20 temps - always felt warm in the hotel. I chose a top flow room this time. There is only one style shown in Booking.com - my room was smaller and only one chair not two couches. So was disappointed with that. However the room was clean, had an almost sauna toilet/shower room. Breakfast had a good selection of tasty items. Spa complex is brilliant. Perfect location to walk around Gdansk.

    Spent a few days here as an adult getaway. Hotel was moder and location was great: silent area but in a walking distance from city center and public transport. Room was spotless. We even had a little balcony, but unfortunately weather was quite chilly so we didn’t use it.Spa area was small, nothing fancy. Nice place to go and relax after a long day exploring the city. You get ropes for free from spa reception. There is only one unisex room to change your clothes and not very much room to shower. So best ist change and wash in your room. Brekfast was absolutely wonderful! Lots of variety, anything you could wish. There was enough room, always free tables which was great. I would recommend this hotel especially for couples.

    The hotel itself is lovely, most of the staff are nice, the hotel is clean and the spa is amazing.There was a great variety for breakfast and the breakfast staff were very polite.We had a junior suite which was spacious but let down by the bathroom, it had a corner bath with a shower attached to the wall, no shower screen or curtain so everytime you used the shower the bathroom got soaked.The downside to this hotel is it is in a very run down area with a lot of regeneration work going on from early morning until evening which we were not informed about by Jet2 prior to booking or arrival.To access the main area you have to go through an underground via steps which is quite dark and intimidating Although the hotel overlooks the canal you are unable to walk along it or over the bridge due to it being closed off by the workmen, also difficult to walk out of hotel and along pathways due to workmen s cars parked on it.These concerns were brought to Jet2 s attention but they uninterested On a positive note there are some lovely Christmas lights up, nice restaurants, a great city tour with a guy called Michael who stands outside the sweet shop over the bridge and the World War 2 museum was excellent Wouldn’t recommend or revisit sorry

    After a long day of sightseeing, it’s great to come back to a spa. This one didn’t disappoint: clean throughout and the right temperature everywhere. Complimentary bath robes, so just pack swimwear and flip flops. We had a top floor room with a balcony. Just a regular double bed, owing to the room layout, but no complaints. Kettle, fridge and some instant coffee and tea bags – although not many of each. Water cooler in the corridor. Bathroom was clean and simple. Shower gel is provided, but for everything else it’s bring your own. No noise problems for us. Elsewhere in the hotel there was a dog yapping, which is a risk with pet-friendly places like this. Receptionist was helpful and informative.
