Location

This city and business hotel is situated close to Sopot's city centre, just a short walk from the promenade. Guests will find a range of restaurants, bars, pubs, nightlife spots, shops and tourist attractions within 1 km of the establishment. The Baltic Sea is just 3 minutes' walk away, and public transport links can be found around 100 metres away. Sopot train station is roughly 1 km away.

Facility

106 rooms, including 6 junior suites, 6 suites, 6 apartments, 8 single rooms and 79 double rooms, are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and beach volleyball are available. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet and lunch are served every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers picnics.

    Disappointing that we were not informed at the time of the booking. We weren't even informed at check in. The whole spa is closed at the moment "for refurbishment". The first I knew about it was after speaking to reception, after walking through a building site at 7.30am in the morning in my gown looking for the pool!. No signs up...no locked doors. Very dangerous. Elsewhere the hotel was clean and standards generally high. The breakfast was reasonable value and the food was OK. A real shame that the hotel didn't have the courtesy to inform us or offer to refund any of the rate paid due to the circumstances. Poor value based on our experience.     5 star hotel without 5 star experience. The hotel is expensive,but simple. Breakfast is not 5 star.. Simple hotel breakfast. If it has been 3 star and cheaper then it's good hotel,but 5 star.. I was expecting more.. An added bonus was that I could enjoy the spa area (pool, sauna, etc.) without any extra charge.     A worn-out, long-unrenovated hotel. Aside from five-star prices, everything else falls well below expectations.

    Professional service and good food. However, the hotel itself is unfortunately worn-out and not renovated for a long period of time. In the rooms, heating is only provided through the air conditioning—radiators are completely cold. There is no heating in the bathroom, which is quite strange for a five-star hotel in February.The pool is nice, but the jacuzzi doesn’t work properly because its buttons can’t be touched with wet hands:) Every few minutes, a receptionist has to be called to restart it. Additionally, the side water jets don’t work at all. The facilities show significant wear and tear. Moreover, there are too few loungers around the pool, so there’s nowhere to sit, leaving some guests unsure of what to do after getting out of the water.One of the elevators has been out of service for a long time and remains closed.Restaurant and bar prices are very high—two teas cost almost 50 PLN!The staff is professional and friendly, but for a five-star hotel, apart from the high prices, the experience is rather average.We probably won’t return.
