    Everything's fine, but the breakfast. I really suggest to improve it especially the coffee, which has too much water in it. Despite that, this hotel is great to spend some days and enjoy the beach. Rooms, attendents, cleaning and location are awesome !!     You can expect to be well taken care of at this medium-priced hotel in Maceió’s best neighborhood, Ponta Verde.As part of the Brisa Hotel Group, the Hotel Costamar maintains the high standards and understated good service of other hotels managed by the group.If you stay here more than once, you will notice the competent receptionists will remember you by name, something which is common in 5 star hotels. Special mention to Tamires at the reception and Mr. Neto, the General Manager.The hotel is super-well located, in the best part of Ponta Verde. The fact that it is one street behind the beachfront means your rate will be very reasonable and yet you will still be close to the beach.The rooms are ok, the bed mattresses and bathroom could get a facelift.Breakfast is honest and most importantly, WIFI works well.Overall a great place to stay in Maceió if your priorities are value, comfort and location. conciergeredebrisa, Gerente de relações com clientes at Hotel Costamar, responded to this review Hello Gcbranco, thank you very much for evaluating us.     i paid 150 reals and i think it was a good value, but it doesn't worth more...it's just a very impersonal hotel, clean, good sleeping, fridge and ac, nothing fancy, very practical.breakfast is good.     We had a very nice time here, in a clean and comfartable hotel wirh very friendly and helping staff. The hotel is very close to the beach, bars and restaurants.     The hotel is a simple and nice place to stay.Very close to the beach.The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable.the hotel offers a simple but nice breakfast.the air condition was very noisy in my room.I did not complain so I can't tell...I asked to change room because of street noise and my room was immediately changed to a back side.
