  We stayed here in January for a long weekend over 2 rooms, they put us beside each other, cannot fault it. It is right beside the world war 2 museum, a 5 minute walk along the beautiful towpath past the restaurants etc A bolt from the airport is approx £12 so it is perfect location. Reception staff were lovely, we didn’t eat here but spotlessly clean throughout. We love Gdansk so would def stay here again and highly recommend it.   Lovely hotel, great location.Breakfast was very good.One problem we asked for an accessible room which was a long way from the lift /stairs.The bathroom was a wet room which was very hazardous with the position of the shower ,which was not great for my partner with mobility issues .   Bookings can be deceiving...

  The images got me here and I was a little disappointed when we arrived, the location is fairly central depending upon what your centre is but it's a bit of a walk from the train station with no direct bus or tram to get you close by. It is down a side street off the main road and away from the river side which does make it quieter however our room overlooked a car park which due to the air conditioning not changing (nor did the instructions make any sense) we had to keep the windows open all night for any kind of air. There is a fridge which was handed, you cannot connect via bluetooth to the TV like in other Q Hotels we've stayed in. The door to the bathroom was opaque class which didn't really give you any privacy. We didn't have breakfast nor did we have any food here but they did allow us to store our bags after check out however this was prompt at 12pm with no movement for a later checkout.   Wonderful hotel. Best breakfast ever!

  Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel location perfect for the old town and WW2 museum. Perfect location. Lovely character to the rooms and restaurants The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had!! More choice and variety. Local food and delicacies. I would come here just for the breakfast!   VERY NICE BUT ...

  The hotel is gorgeously located, the room had its own balcony where I could smoke and was lovely and cozy and clean. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. And not in a fake way! Especially the people in the restaurant. Incredible. The bed was (as far as my taste is concerned) one of the best I slept in my whole life. There were a couple of points that let me a bit disappointed though: they would not do the room until 15:00 with a weak excuse that they had to first make up the ones that had check out on that day (the hotel was not busy at all ..it does not take so long to clean 4/5 rooms, does it?!). Since it was very early dark and very cold after the whole morning out I would come back at 14:00/15:00 and the room would not be ready or even worst I had the cleaning ladies making it up (in 3 minutes!) while me being inside. Second thing the linens and towels: I don't think they wash them properly nor use softner. They were not dirty but you had the feeling they were not fresh and crispy. Very very peculiar. Because of the above points I found the hotel a bit overpriced, considering also that this is a 4 star hotel.
