Location

This hotel enjoys a beautiful setting right on the beach, in the centre of Sopot, close to the famous wooden pier. The main street of Sopot, Monte Cassino, is also close by and offers guests a variety of shopping and dining options. There are bars and nightclubs just 50 m away, as well as links to the public transport network. Sopot is located between Gdansk and Gdynia and, with them, forms part of the so-called Tri Cities - the biggest urban conglomeration in the north of Poland.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 189 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Most units have a sea view. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Bed and breakfast can be booked. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Great hotel but beware as they offer Raw Ground Pork meat at the breakfast buffet.

    The hotel is great, so is the location and staff super friendly and helpful. So, why 3 stars? Because they offer RAW GROUND PORK at the breakfast buffet which carries a high risk of bacterial contamination and harmful pathogens and parasites including:- Salmonella- E. Coli- Listeria- Yersinia entorocoliticaJust to name a few…and never mind developing a tape worm.Some cuisines in regional Germany or Japan do serve raw pork, but under extremely controlled sourcing and strict handling standards.Even then, public health authorities generally discourage it.Hope this helps.     Sheraton Sopot dates from 2008, is located directly by the Baltic Sea next the pier and offers 189 rooms. Furnishings and decoration provide a quiet, high-quality atmosphere. There are restaurant, nice spa & pool, fitness & gym, and meeting rooms. Service is friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to club-floor with view of the pier. Our comfortable room had desk & chair, club-chair, TV, wardrobe with safe & ironing facility, fridge & Nespresso facility and an excellent kingsize bed. Window can be open in safety mode. We had a nice bathroom with washbasin, shower over the bath, and toilet. All was impeccably clean. An excellent buffet breakfast is served: eggs made to order, a choice of cold cuts & cheeses, breads & toast, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, rolls & croissants, sparkling wine, tea & coffee. Sheraton Sopot is a comfortable hotel. Highly recommended.     Checked out from hotel already month ago and still deposit taken not returned!

    Be very careful when entering to hotel and especially when leaving. Hotel will take mandatory deposit from your payment card account, but even though not used at all, you have to fight to get it released from not blocking amount in your account. I have already asked releasing two times, they have promised, but still blocking money in the account and I letf the hotel already month ago.
