  great hotel...location 15 min walk from town.or £ 2.00 uber/ bolt.superior rooms on floors 3 and 5 superb...lovely mattresses...excellent showers...helpful staff..bonus swimming pool / sauna in basement.breakfast buffet excellent...evening meal- maybe eat in town!   A lovely stay….one week

  I was staying in your hotel with my partner after surgery at the KCM Clinic from 16th to the 23rd Dec 25. I would like to say it was a lovely comfortable stay. The room was perfect (319) and your Dining room and menu was varied and catered for our tastes. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the effort from them to speak English always with a smile. This hotel is very clean and spacious and welcoming. I would stay there again if in Poland.   The lobby, bar and restaurant is all modern and clean. Prices very reasonable. Food selection was fine and tasted delicious. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The room was dated but very clean. Bed very comfortable. Large bathroom and good shower. Only 3 hangers and poor supply of tea and coffee. We didn’t use the pool and gym. Was a little more expensive than other hotels we had used in Poland. But would stay here again if in the area.   Terrible service,Do not stay therePlanned a business trip with former CEOarranged and paid for the hotel.
