Business trip in Katowice
09 Dec 2019
Very good hotel, 15 minutes by car from the center of Katowice. Very clean, and the services are very good as well. My card for entering to the room does not work well, so the enter to my room was difficult.

NOT a 4 star hotel
02 Oct 2019
Room was ice-cold, was given a dirty blanket. The cleaning lady did not clean properly, not even washing the desk in room, change the bed (stayed for 2 weeks), etc. Keys to doors did not work and had to get it fixed several times, very annoying. Walls too thin, no privacy. Tried calling reception number during the night due to noisy neighbours, no one picked up. Also, on the website to hotel says breakfast ends at 11 some days but was closed before 10. Needs seriously renovation! Poor, Polish standard and a sad interior with little light. Generally, Poland needs to get more modern standards, but especially Katowice and this hotel. Did not get any discount or apologies when I told I was not happy with my stay. I do NOT recommend and I and my colleagues will never go back. Klaudia G, General Manager at Hotel Diament Bella Note, responded to this review Dear R6524VLjrrThank you for posting a review of your stay with us.I am disappointed to read that your stay with us did not meet expectations. I will investigate with my team and reason where we fell short. Please accept my most sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. I have also shared your feedback with the Housekeeping Manager and they extend their apologies. We aim to deliver exceptional service everyday, however on this occasion we fell short. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you again.Kind regards,Klaudia Grabiec

Great hotel, bad employees.
06 Nov 2018
We stay there for two nights in July, to attend Guns n' Roses show in Slaski Stadium. The hotel is very close to the stadium (5 min walk), and the rooms are cozy and clean. The price was also very cheap (no breakfast included). The bathroom is also very good. The hotel employees are not nice and sometimes they are rude to you. It is a perfect place to stay if you have to see a show in Slaski Stadium, otherwise I think you can find better hotels with better employees around. Klaudia G, Dyrektor generalny at Hotel Diament Bella Note, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for choosing the Diament Bella Notte Hotel in Chorzów.We invite you again.GreetingsKlaudia GrabiecGeneral Manager
