    Very good hotel, 15 minutes by car from the center of Katowice. Very clean, and the services are very good as well. My card for entering to the room does not work well, so the enter to my room was difficult.

    The quality of this hotel is remarkable and in particular the staff that managed to fullfill all of our requests, from the extra bed at the very last moment to the late ckeck-out before leaving.I hope to get back there next Year.     Room was ice-cold, was given a dirty blanket. The cleaning lady did not clean properly, not even washing the desk in room, change the bed (stayed for 2 weeks), etc. Keys to doors did not work and had to get it fixed several times, very annoying. Walls too thin, no privacy. Tried calling reception number during the night due to noisy neighbours, no one picked up. Also, on the website to hotel says breakfast ends at 11 some days but was closed before 10. Needs seriously renovation! Poor, Polish standard and a sad interior with little light. Generally, Poland needs to get more modern standards, but especially Katowice and this hotel. Did not get any discount or apologies when I told I was not happy with my stay. I do NOT recommend and I and my colleagues will never go back.     Thanks for the Time in your Hotel. We have to need Breakfast. And this was very good. We stay for 2 Days and we have see the Spa and Pool in the other Hotel.     Great hotel, bad employees.

    We stay there for two nights in July, to attend Guns n' Roses show in Slaski Stadium. The hotel is very close to the stadium (5 min walk), and the rooms are cozy and clean.The price was also very cheap (no breakfast included). The bathroom is also very good. The hotel employees are not nice and sometimes they are rude to you. It is a perfect place to stay if you have to see a show in Slaski Stadium, otherwise I think you can find better hotels with better employees around.
