    Large rooms, breakfast with Polish specialties

    This is part of a two-hotel complex, the Park Hotel is the four-star part. However the rooms also here are rather large, many with separate living rooms. The breakfast has lots of absolutely delicious Polish specialties. Their restaurant which is also shared by the two hotels is also open for lunch and dinner and regularly hosts big events so the hotel might get a bit noisy at times. The Park hotel houses the joint gym which could be a bit pimped up with a few more pieces of equipment. Otherwise this is a good option for large meetings, small conferences and their staff also seems ready for it.

    I stayed in 3* Hotel Diament 16-20 Jan 2019. The hotel is clean, pretty modern, wifi free. The staff could smile a bit more. Good value for money. You need a car to get there, butyou can also get a tram form the city centre. The location is not convenient.

    Me & my husband spent 2 nights at this hotel. The receptionist who worked here at night could not speak English so we could not communicate other than translating with Google. She said that she is not ftom the city and she could not even tell us where to go and eat food. The bed was so uncomfortable. I asked them to bring us another matress and they simply forgot to do it. There were food left in the hall in floor 3 for 3 days and no one cared to just put them away. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast.

    Have been here few times and it is always a pleasure. Rooms are nice and recently build or renovated. Beds and pillows are good. Also breakfast is quite rich with various options. Good place also for a client meetings or small seminars / workshops. It is a bit remote from other restaurants but hotel has an own.

    I stayed here for just one night and it was perfectly fine - fit for purpose. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable and the wifi worked just fine, even to watch a movie. I wanted a smoking room, and the only one available was in the 'economy' part of the hotel, but still this was quite acceptable. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that, but based upon the room alone it was good value and I would be happy to return.
