    Amber Design is a fabulous hotel that combines a great location, excellent rooms, and outstanding service.Tucked away at the end of a quiet lane leading into Kraków’s Old Town, the hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The reception team is exceptional they greet you every time you head out and genuinely make you feel looked after. It was raining during our stay, and they thoughtfully reminded us to carry an umbrella each time we stepped outside.The hotel also has a wonderful garden seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. Despite being so close to the heart of the Old Town, the hotel is remarkably quiet, making it ideal for a good night’s sleep.     We visited Krakow over cold rainy days in June and our hearts were warmed by the staff at Amber Design Residence. They were very friendly, professional and helpful during our stay.
