  The staff were very nice at checking, and at the restaurants. Vakeisha at Breakfast was so attentive, not just with us but with all the tables she was working. She was so nice and honestly the best waitress i encountered during my trip. She didn’t stop! I was disappointed that the concierge lounge was closed as I do pick hotels for this. We had an issue in our room with the toilet the chain on flush lever had broke, I was surprised that they don’t have 24 hour maintenance. Someone from the front desk came but said it couldn’t be fixed til the next day. Our tv in the bedroom also wouldn’t load movies as there was an issue with the internet connection. Location was great.

  Everything was absolutely amazing. From the check in to the check out. The staff was sooo wonderful. The front desk ladies were outstanding. There was a lovely woman at the front (African American) she was super sweet and so helpful! Amazing customer service. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she was outstanding.
