  4 night stay - Amazing!

  We have just returned home from our 4 night stay at Bonerowska 5 Apartments. This apartment complex is a 10 minute walk to the main square (Basilica / Christmas Market). Although, we were close to a main street, we had no complaints of noise, it was very quiet and secure. We were in apartment 2 (ground floor) due to reduced mobility. This apartment had 5 steps up to apartment door and inside reception area there is a ramp / 3-5 steps. We enjoyed having our own private entrance. Returning keys out of office hours was easy too, simply drop them in a box. I requested pillows and toilet roll from reception and nothing was ever too much to ask. Two staff members who I met where both great. Thank you.The Christmas Market was fantastic. Delicious street food (must try - Churros). The stalls had everything from Christmas decorations to Russian Dolls, to Mulled Wine to Jewelry.   The apartment was clean, well appointed and in all respects better than we expected. The Wi-Fi was good, the place was quiet and very restful. It is very well situated being a short walk to the centre of the old town, and an even shorter one to the nearest tram stops.The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being at all intrusive. In fact every Polish person we interacted with was unfailingly polite and helpful, beautiful people to match a beautiful country.I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody at all.The only caveat would be that we were on the top floor and, for an old, disabled man like myself, 8 flights of stairs were a trial sometimes! However, the apartment went an awful long way to compensate for that.

  Perfect for a family.

  These apartments are secure, comfortable and roomy. 7 minutes walk to Rynek Glowney. We had 3 rooms, two had 3 beds and one had 4 beds. Table and chairs. Good bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Our room was on the front. No traffic noise but some people chatting loudly late on Saturday. Not really a problem. Other rooms onto a quiet courtyard. Rooms had fridges, microwave, kettle, crockery , cutlery etc. We appreciated being able to make our own breakfast. Grocery store on the corner of the next street. I would come again. Great position and great value. Loved Krakow. Salt Mine trip is excellent.

  Cozy and comfortable

  My husband and I arrived on New Year’s Eve (5 hours later than planned due to a flight delay,) and met our son who is teaching at the Univ of Bialystok. We had tickets for the Krakow Philharmonic and missed the 5:30 event (but our son fortunately didn’t!) and met him in front of the apartments.Our three single beds (a la Goldilocks and the Three Bears nursery rhyme) were comfortable and perfect for us. Coffee and tea service, a refrig, mugs and other necessary kitchen utensils were just perfect. Bathroom was small but clean and the unit accommodated us just perfectly for 3 nights. Highly recommend, price was right too!!

  Unfortunately, I have had to cancel my stay as my daughter is seriously unwell and is unable to fly. Despite my booking being non-refundable, Apartmenty Bonerowska 5 have been brilliant and agreed to a full refund. I am incredibly grateful for their understanding and once my daughter is well enough, we will most certainly make another booking.
