  we visited the apartments in June. It was great! We booked one again for Julym they cancelled the booking 1 week before the date due to business closure. Now we are waiting almost 2 weeks for the reservation cost refund. Owner is being non responsive. Very unprofessional.

  I found the apartment very clean and comfortable. The location was great and a very good price. Our room had a king bed and a double pull out sofa. It had a nice small kitchen sink and fridge. Tea and coffee with a kettle and plenty of cuttlery, etc. Would definately reconmmend.

  The room was very big clean and spacious and wifi was very fast, its about 10 min walk to the main square, wich is actually a lovley walk trough the park and up the main street, no lift in building so u have couple of stairs to walk, but if your not a fan of walking and sightseeing, Kraków may not be for you👍

  Seriously this building is the absolute WORST place I have ever seen.... so, so , so very different to the pictures advertised.We booked through a travel agent so fortunately we ran out of it maybe 20mins after arriving...Firstly we received NO emails confirming our booking or advising us on how to get in through The Doors of Doom!!! We stood outside for 45mins ringing the number outside before getting an answer!!The place was dingy and in serious disrepair... after climbing an insane amount of steps (90 approx) we got to our 'Apartment..... BEDSIT would be a very gracious compliment... it was a tiny room with only velux windows (had 2 stand on the bed to open).. the room is a far cry from what's advertised.. a million miles away in fact. It was TINY and seriously basic.. the wooden slats on the floor moved as you walked on them... luckily our travel agent booked us immediately into a hotel because honestly I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place...Please don't be fooled by the pictures on their website.. they seriously should be fined for their laughable false advertisement of this glorified hostel... Our travel agent has emailed them on our grieviences and low and behold no response...Please don't stay here... it's not worth the disappointment as there are so many nice hotels closer to the square.

  The apartments were on the third floor of an apartment block right by the river. If you struggle with stairs this may be an issue. However the rooms were amazing, the staff were lovely and helped us book all our trips to Auschwitz and Salt Mines.The hotel is 5 min walk from the main square in Krakow and if you book any excursions all the pick up points are right by this hotel so there is no need to walk very far.100% would recommend
