  Highly recommend this place to stay

  This is a great place to stay. We had an amazing few days. It's very close to the old town and to the shopping center. It also has the tram outside so you can get around very easily at night the tram noise you can hardly hear I found the dull hum quite soothing. Lovely clean rooms and very helpful staff. Good shower and tea coffee making facilities, Room cleaning every day.It takes about 5 - 10 mins walk into the old town where there is plenty of bars and restaurants. We had breakfast at the hotel next door (Polensia) which is co owned. Lovely food and good value. I have mobility issues so we got put onto the 1st floor so I only had to do around 10 steps and the staff helped with our bags, they even let us check in early which was a massive help. We will definitely be back. Unfortunately There is no lift but if you can manage stairs I would really recommend this place to stay l. It's central for everything.

  Situated opposite a park area, close to shopping centre and within an easy 15 (max) minute walk to the main square. An old building which must have been magnificent in its hey day. Painted ceiling on the stairs, beautiful doors and a stylish (old fashioned room). Beautiful floor and curtains. Adequate storage. Very comfortable bed and feather pillow. Good shower (no bath). Kettle, tea and coffee supplied.Very warm. Cleaned daily. Will definitely return.

  Beautiful hotel in krakow

  I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel , on arrival you collect your keys from the hotel next door . The lovely staff at reception were so friendly and allowed us access to our room early . The room was beautiful , from the gorgeous stairway up to it with a beautifully decorated ceiling to the room itself which was so clean and spacious . Location is second to none , right across from the train station ( which goes directly to airport ) and walking distance from the amazing attractions of this beautiful city . Breakfast was delicious and checkout was seamless with a facility to hold our luggage so we could explore . Will definitely return

  Great location. Comfy spacious room. Yes a little dated, but more than enough room for a comfy warm sleep. Good sized bathroom. Overlooked a back garden area which meant we had none.of the road noise from the trams. Breakfast was in the adjacent hotel and offered a great choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay again as good value.

  We stayed here on a city break, on arrival you have to go around the corner and check in in the hotel polensa, and because we’d booked breakfast we had to go outside onto the street around the corner to this hotel every morning for breakfast which was not great, the room itself was very old fashioned although clean, the pillows were terrible absolutely no support, room was very warm, we was on first floor, had to go up a steep winding staircase, no lifts, and there were two further floors above us with the same sort of stairs, location wise the hotel was perfect very central, but that was the only plus, food was not great although we did only have breakfast there, we didn’t see any staff at all and always had to go around the corner to the other hotel for anything needed, we called it the servants quarters jokingly, but as a city break, and just a sleep in room I suppose it was adequate but nothing more.
