    Pleasant good stay

    rating17 Feb 2026

A first I read the reviews and thought oh dear but I was really surprised We stayed in room 111 and our flight was delayed so we messaged the hotel before we left the UK to tell them this so we would have our check in codes for the room and hotel as they give you 2 codes one for the 2 main doors and then a separate one for you hotel room so having a mobile phone is a must The room was lovely although they could get some new pillows as mine was more or less flat but I still slept, the hotel is clean and the room we had was warm you even get YouTube/Netflix on the TVThe bathroom was well present had a double shower and the location is really good about a 5/10mins walk to the main market square Only downside was that the thermostat control on the radiator was broken so it was constantly on 5 so the room was never cold it was always boiling which did interrupt some sleep But all in all good stay nice and quiet on a night too!!

    Worst place to stay

    rating26 Jan 2026

I stayed here on January 11-12, 2026, and it was a terrible experience. The heating in room 106 was not working at all, despite the outside temperature being -5°C. I was traveling with my 4-year-old son, and the room was freezing. When I contacted the reception, they admitted there was a technical fault with the air conditioning/heating system.Shockingly, they couldn't provide a portable heater because "all of them were already given to other guests," which proves this was a widespread issue. The only solution offered was extra blankets. My son had to sleep in socks and under two duvets just to stay warm. The hotel refused a refund despite failing to provide basic living conditions. I do not recommend this place, especially for families

    Wasn’t as bad as I was expecting…

    rating28 Sept 2025

I stayed at Aparthotel Cracovia Residence in Kraków with two friends for three nights, each of us in separate rooms. Honestly, I was a bit worried before arriving because some of the reviews I’d read weren’t great, but we actually had a really decent stay.Room 002 was the highlight – it’s massive, more like a suite than a standard hotel room. The entry is all code-based (courtyard, main door, and then each room), which felt really secure once we got used to it.Check-in was a little slow (we waited around 30 minutes for the WhatsApp message with the codes), but once we were in, everything was easy. The rooms were clean enough, although two of the ground-floor ones had a slight sewage smell from the bathroom, which wasn’t ideal but manageable. Room 214 had a broken shower, and the TV in room 003 didn’t work, but since we were out exploring most of the time, it didn’t affect us too much.Breakfast was included, and we got vouchers for the nearby restaurant VELO. I went there twice and really enjoyed it – such a nice bonus. The location is excellent – only a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, so it’s really easy to get around on foot.Overall, despite a few small issues, I’d say this place is good value for money and a great base for exploring Kraków.

    awful place

    rating02 Jun 2025

Our first holiday abroad as a couple was completely ruined by this awful hotel experience. When we arrived, we couldn’t even get into the building—there were no staff around, and no one answered our repeated phone calls, even though the sign on the door said the phone line was open 24/7. We were stuck outside for three hours until another couple, who were having the same issue, managed to reach the owners and had to contact them on our behalf as well. Once we finally got inside, things only got worse: the shower door fell off and we had to try and put it back on ourselves, half of the lights didn’t work, there was no duvet (only a cover), and we never saw any housekeeping for the entire stay. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

    Avoid!

    rating22 Mar 2025

Terrible experience. We nearly missed our flight home as we were locked out of the apartment before 10am. Dirty, no coffee, no breakfast, no towels, lights not working, nobody answers phone. Poland is gorgeous, but unfortunately, apartment hotels are common. AVOID!
