Hotel is in a great location but a bit dated inside Showers didn’t give any cold water on our second day in ours and my brother in laws room and ended up in a better hotel so all good Mikolaj Kutrzeba, Owner at Grodzka 21 Apartments, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. On entering the property, it was very dark had to feel around for light switch. The staircase was very old, dirty and in disrepair. It wasn’t what I booked and had to leave straight away. We had a wonderful time in these apartments. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs and so on within very close proximity.The check-in process was easy, we obtained the keys from a hotel just around the corner from the apartments.The apartments were very clean and well decorated. Our room had three single beds along with a sofa bed that looked as though it could sleep an additional two persons. Whilst we were there the daytime temperature was between -4 and -10 degrees but our room was comfortable at all times. If / when we return to Krakow, we will definitely stay here again. Great location, reasonably priced and the room suited me for my stay.
