  Great central location, very comfortable.

  Ideally placed for the old town. Very old building (former bishops' residence) with very thick stone walls and nearly visible frescos. The tramline is right outside the front of the hotel, but our very spacious room was at the back, so we weren't disturbed, in fact we slept very well. There was no separate shower, but our bathroom had a shower over the bath.For breakfast, they have a limited buffet plus 3 set dishes you can order (cold and hot, including an English breakfast). They also give you a free drinks voucher for a glass of wine or beer or a discounted cocktail in their bar or outside on the patio.Staff were mostly very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

  We had a great stay

  We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Krakow.. on the whole its a really very nice hotel and about as central as you can get to the market square and cloth hall. In centuries past it was a monastery and it has loads of character. It also has real keys. We were in room 106, it was huge. We've stayed in 5* suites that were nowhere near as big. We were at the back of the building and it was very quiet. We did hear the trams but TBH it wasnt a problem although it might be if your room faces the street. It has tea and coffee facilities and a real kettle... Breakfast was very good, special thanks to the chef who cooked my eggs, soft in the middle and crisp round the edges. We'd also like to thank reception, they were all so helpful. We really would like to give 5* but there are a few issues that should be better. There are no blackout blinds. The pillows really arent upto a 5* rating and although it was a king size bed there are 2 small duvets, you really havs to ask why...The tv for some reason turns itself off every 5 minutes or so.So would we stay here again ? Oh yes. We really did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

  Well located historic hotel

  Well located hotel with some real history to it. (There could of perhaps been more information available about its history in our opinion) Our room (a suite) was large with a sitting area, an excellent bed, a good sized bathroom and was reasonably well equipped. Most of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice in the hotel and it was excellent with a good choice of quality ingredients. What stopped in being a full 5* was that unfortunately the room was a little noisy at night due to there being a built in humidifier running all night (presumably to protect the antique wall art in the room) the hotel supplies ear plugs so seemingly they are aware of this, also, there were a couple of bulbs that had gone and not been replaced in the ceiling lights.   Friendly hotel in excellent location

  Lovely hotel in a excellent location. Stayed in a quad room which was spacious and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful, both prior to our stay in helping arrange plans and during. Lovely breakfast in the morning to set us up for the day. Great all round stay.   Great hotel in a great location, but rather noisy

  Hotel Santi is in a superb location, only 5 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is very nicely appointed and our room was very large and comfortable, although we would have liked more pillows (which were not available). There is a good range of options available for breakfast, but most need to be ordered as there is very little room to display the cold buffet. The one problem is that the hotel sits on a busy road next to an all-night tram track, and is not well soundproofed. The owners are clearly aware of this as they provide free earplugs in the room!
