  Be aware after you're stay!!

  Arrived with no instructions on how to get into apartments it's through a gate down a very uneven path, (reception not maned) had to fone them then stand about waiting for text instructions which were sent for one apartment, we had booked 2, eventually got in we were on top floor, room looked clean on the surface but discovered mould in cups and when we moved sofa bed back a bit there were hairs and bits of paper underneath, so we cleaned it up ourselves rather than bother staff on small matters! Wish I had complained now, after what happened later!! Apartments were adequate for our 3 nights but situated on main road so quite noisy day and night, can't leave windows open for noise, 15 min walk into main square etc, we enjoyed Krakow but would NEVER return to these apartments the reason been was after we got home I got a WhatsApp message, informing me we had used extra lines and they wanted 40pln per person per night for use of! And sent me a link for payment!! They said that the 2 apartments we booked were for 2 people in each, which was wrong! One was 3 people, one was 2 so obviously we needed to use linen for sofa bed for 3rd person, I had to send proof that I'd booked for 5 people total, I sent my TUI confirmation to which they backed down ( they had no choice) then they wanted 150pln saying we had left the sofa in a dirty condition and they had to get it cleaned (absolute rubbish) if it was they would have sent photos as proof they didn't even take any! They then said we left chewing gum in various places again rubbish and could not provide proof obviously cos we didn't do it!! When I wrote back they were very defensive and not very pleasant to deal with, so word of warning be very careful booking these apartments if you don't want horrible messages and lies after staying, trying to extort money for the lies they told with no proof whatsoever!! As for a reply from apartment staff/owner please don't bother, ive seen you be rude to others on here if they have anything negative to say.

  My wife and I stayed in Apartment 8 in the middle of December. What a great location from which to enjoy all that Krakow had to offer.The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had everything we needed and more - even a small table top Xmas tree which was a nice touch. There were also festive decorations and homely touches acriss the entire apartment block. The apartment was lovely and warm considering it was December.The staff were super helpful, respinding to various email questions in a polite and timely manner.I would 100% recommend these apartments for anyone visiting Krakow.

  Just returned after 5 nights with my husband and two children. We arrived at night, but we were emailed the access code before arrival and the access was straight forward. The apartment is a good size, clean, modern and has everything you need. The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area just over the bridge. It was a 10–15-minute walk into the old town and around 20 minutes’ walk to the Jewish quarter. Due to us staying over easter we didn’t see a member of staff throughout our stay, but this wasn’t an issue as we didn’t need to speak to anyone as everything was perfect. Downstairs there is a pool table and darts board which my 12-year-old son made full use of. Good to have something extra when you are having a few hours chill after the hustle and bustle of the long days exploring. The only sight moan I have is the beds are not that comfy, plus the pillows are basically scatter cushions. I am pregnant though so not the best sleep over the 5 nights, but I wouldn’t let it take any stars away form how nice the apartments are. We would definitely stay here again .   Staying here for 5 nights , with my husband and twin daughters aged 14 . The place is immaculately clean , we did the early self check in , which was easy and communication was great .The apartment is a great size and very modern and has everything you require. Downstairs their is a pool table and extra sitting room for you to use for free ! And darts ...There is also a washing machine for residents use free of charge.The apartment is well situated, a 15 minute walk into the main square..The jubilat shopping centre is 5 mins walk away for milk and bread and beers , a good well stocked super market. The Chinese at the bottom of Street is very tasty, massive portion size and reasonable price, 2 mins as you turn left out of the apartment .The manager lady was so helpful , gave us extra coffee pods to go in the dolce gusto supplied in the room , which were excellent tasting coffee. She was there every morning , for any questions we had and was very approachable .We would definitely stay here again .We booked our tours through viator Thanks for a great stay !   Just returned from a lovely four night stay in Room 7. Absolutely loved the place. The room is spacious and modern and they have thought of everything. It really is a home from home. I've given 5* cos there really was no way it didn't deserve it. However my comments would be - if struggle with stairs makes sure you have a room with the bed on the same level. My mezzanine level bedroom was lovely and gave the room so much more space, but the stairs were savage - I'm big built (too many pies) but I am able to move myself ably and I took them with caution (even fell down the last three steps once). They did detract my enjoyment of the stay. But that was my issue. The property represented good value and yes I would definitely stay there again. It is no further away from the 'old town' than the Novotel or the Ibis Centrum so for the price we paid it was a prime location at a bargain price.
