    Expected abit more, very basis,We payed extra for room and our double bed came with 2 single covers which was number 1 Number 2 ordering food I asked if I could change the mash potatoes with chips or potatoes and they refused when I was gonna order lamb chops and the meal cost 160zl for 1 meal and they couldn’t even make that small change I wouldn’t be going there again,Good points the reception staff and the waitress was very nice people

    Our room was large, clean and quiet, breakfast was great with a huge selection of stuff, and the checkin and out process was easy and quick. The location is convenient for travelers, but construction outside means there are some delays. It didn't seem close to downtown Krakow. Working towel warmers and good tea in room were nice touches. We parked next to the building for free, and easily walked to a grocery store nearby. I'd stay again and recommend to others.

    Very noisy with road works outside, wedding taking place and loud music till midnight and we were allocated a room over the noise. Unable to have a proper shower as the shower is hand held and only at waist height unless your 3ft tall. Unhelpful staff, ignored at breakfast and breakfast was very basic. Upside the hotel was very clean.

    Hotel looks better in the photos I think it needs renovation at least bathroom and public places. Construction works during the night and location away from everything is another let down. Breakfast very basic.

    Nice, clean hotel. Family friendly 5 people easy stay, near town centre. Parking is enought big - outside. There is the SPA area as well, good restaurant with best zhurek soup from all around Poland. Breakfast was good, choice good.
