    Terrible hotel

    rating11 Oct 2023

Please be careful if booking this, it is advertised as a hotel with 24hr gym. It is actually a 24hr gym open to residents of Krakow with hotel rooms around the edges. I was given a room on 1st floor I could hear the people playing squash even at 11.30 at night. There is no security stopping anyone walking in and going to the hotel rooms, there are receptionists but they do not constantly sit there so anyone can walk in. My friend and I booked 4 nights, she went through her 3rd room in two nights before she just flagged it and went to another hotel for the last two nights. My room was bad but not like the 3 rooms she went through. In my room there was hair in the sink plug hole, hair inc pubic and dust at the back of the toilet, they didn't turn the heating on for first couple of nights but when they did it was luke warm and went off in the evening, a single summer duvet for a queen size bed. They took the door off separating the downstairs squash court from the hotel rooms the smell was horrendous of sweat. Downstairs was where the communal coffee/tea area, empty water cooler but a jug of water next to the kettle. I could go on but this is not a 3 star hotel and it's not even a hotel it's a gym with hotel rooms, I booked through booking.com they seem to be off that site now but the picture of the hotel they put on is not correct you can Google and see the real picture that it's a gym.

plus: good location Reception staff very helpful.Bathroom cleanminus: No hot water in shower. Linen and towels could be changed more often. No plug in basin. No english TV channels. It was supposed to a continental breakfast, but there was hardly any choice at all. The kitchen staff were not very helpful.

If you looking something cheap and close to everything this is the place to stay

    rating09 Feb 2020

Stayed here for 3 nights with in walking distance to both Jewish quarter and main square. Beds could do with being changed 2 single beds pushed together for a double not the best after a few days walking. Breakfast wasnt the best either. It's a gym that opens from 7 to 11 with rooms at the back tho we didnt here much noise from it. If your looking somwer just to get the head down this is the place .more like a hostel than a hotel.

    City break with mates

    rating05 Jan 2020

All in all this is a nice hotel that's located between the centre and the Jewish Quarter, it is a 2 min walk from the castle. The staff were very helpful and very friendly dining room is tiny so had to sit in a hallway on a couple of occasions. Limited choice but they keep it well stocked. No tea or Coffee making facilities in the room. But you can buy a coffee from reception. Get free use or the gym and sauna both open 24/7. WiFi is free but was very temperamental in our room.
