    We were recommended this hotel by family for charm and location and we’re not disappointed. So friendly, helpful and fun reception ladies Agnes and Paulina who booked our trips and guided us through our stay. Shame the restaurant was closed for the three nights we were there - only open Wednesday through to Saturday. Breakfast £14 pp but good choice buffet. What a charming market at the end of the street. Sandwich bars all around and the best Italian restaurant you could find 10 mins walk away.

    Lovely hotel in great Central location. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms we had were warm and clean with towels changed every day. The restaurant didn't appear to be open when we were here apart from breakfast time but so many places nearby to choose from. If there was one small thing the bar closed promptly at 10pm it would have been nice to sit and have a quiet drink after busy days out. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return again without a doubt.     This hotel had everything we needed - very clean, comfy beds, tea/coffee/fridge in room. All staff were wonderfully cheerful, welcoming and polite. Location is excellent - walking distance from main square. The bar area and restaurant are lovely. Breakfast has a good selection, different every day and gluten free bread was available on request.     Atrium is a fantastic and conveniently located hotel. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast each morning. It was continental breakfast with a fair amount of choice. Staff were all friendly and approachable. Overall, it was good value for money and I'd definitely stay again if I were to return to Krakow!
