    Hotel is in an ideal location with 15 minute walk into the centre. Close to the airport and central train station.Rooms are modern and really clean and staff extremely friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Would highly recommend this hotel.

    Fab hotel! Very modern and clean. Rooms a good size with everything you need. Staff very friendly. Good location for walking into the old town, and close to the airport (easy to get a taxi to and from). Highly recommend for a city break in Krakow!

    Avoid 4th floor.

    Our first room on 4th floor was like a sauna ! Air con didn’t work. There was a warning on the door to close the roof windows securely or risk a fine if it rained. To do this you had to stand on the bed or chair. They let light in and weren’t fit for purpose. Staff kindly moved us to a lower floor with normal windows and it was much cooler. Everywhere was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but cramped. We would stay again as location was good too.

    I was worried after reading some reviews but really didn't need to be the hotel was lovely, very clean and staff were lovely, I would definitely return to this hotel.

    Great place to stay. Good location. We enjoyed the hotel bar after days out sightseeing and exploring. Old town within easy walking distance rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel as a perfect base for exploring Krakow old town. Kebab shop across the road for a delicious late bite to eat after a few late night bars
