    Small, elegant hotel with excellent staff. The Deluxe Room with King is a bit small. Excellent breakfast with large variety of items with attentive staff. Only complaint of breakfast was the choice of music which belies the elegance of the setting. Terrible music. I would classical music, not trash pop music. Overall, excellent location with walking distance to Old Town and beyond. Exceptionally well-maintained with courteous, friendly staff.     Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms

    Really enjoyed our stay here, it’s within walking distance of main attractions and for any trips you can be picked up at the hotel door. The hotel is beautiful, the bed in our room was huge. Breakfast was lovely but they struggle to stay on top of orders when busy but when it’s quieter really good service. Decent choice from fruits and yoghurts to bacon and eggs etc. You are left alone at this hotel which we liked but if you prefer to be waited on you may not enjoy it as much. For example nobody helps bring in cases etc when you arrive and there are marble stairs to drag them up to get to reception - fine for us but you might struggle if you need help. Other than that staff are lovely and friendly.Expect to pay a deposit on arrival but it’s very quickly refunded when you leave. Beware current passport control at Krakow airport. When we landed we queued for 2 hours to get through which put a dampener on the start of the holiday and staff in the airport were pretty hostile. Our Jet2 transfer had left us so we had to pay for a taxi. I’d thought it would be faster on the way out having already done the fingerprints etc but it isn’t as you have to join the same queue.     What a great location. Close to the Castle and Old Town. Staff very attentive and professional. Our room was huge, luxurious and spotless. We had to get up very early for a trip the next day and the hotel on hearing this provided a buffet breakfast at 0500 which was huge, with good quality foodstuffs and beverages. I think they could have fed double the people for what as provided! Breakfast was lovely, but I would advise to see when it's less busy as it was a bit frenetic. Staff very attentive and helpful. We accidentally left a poster behind. I rang the hotel and they arranged to post it to the UK for the princely cost of £2.00. It arrived safely, so the after services was also very good. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Lovely and great value for money.     We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment, based on the fact where we had been booked into there were severe problems with. From the moment we stepped inside the door the staff could not have been any friendlier.Our room was gorgeous, comfortable spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. We went down to the bar to have our welcome drink which was a very nice touch on behalf of the hotel and judging from the people around us everybody seemed happy with their stay there. If I was going back to Krakow, I would certainly pick this as my number one spot to stay in.
