    Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was beautiful & spotlessly clean. Deco was stunning. Rooms were amazing, Molton Brown products used, hairdryer, iron, shoe cleaning kit, slippers, bathrobes, nespresso coffee machines in rooms, bottled water provided daily, although tap water is perfectly fine. Comfy large bed with sumptuous pillows. Breakfast was lovely, all the produce is preservative free & organic. Location was spot on. In the centre of the old town, walking distance to Jewish quarter. Staff were so attentive & helpful. Cannot fault this hotel. Our whole party wouldn’t hesitate to return. Krakow is a beautiful, safe & spotlessly clean city with fabulous local food.     What a fantastic hotel experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel valued throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Lawander on reception and Asher in the restaurant, who were both absolutely excellent. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out and made our visit extra special. Nothing was too much trouble, and they both went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Such lovely people and a credit to the hotel. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a wonderful stay.     Well what a truly amazing hotel just got home today the rooms are beautiful and the staff are amazing too.We was bed and breakfast and wow the breakfast was fabulous and the waitresses were very smiley and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you to ensure you had anything you wanted top class.I’d give them 10 stars if I could .Will definitely return to this hotel.     Long weekend in luxurious hotel

    Excellent service and breakfast. Quiet and clean rooms. Location beside Wawel castle and walking distance to old town and jewish quarters. Last morning we had early flight and we were not able to enjoy breakfast on site. Hotel arranged very tasteful breakfast packages to go.Thanks a lot for all of the hotel personnel.     We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast at the Balthazar Design Hotel… what a great stay we had.. Location of Hotel is fantastic for making it your base in Krakow, The Castle is literally next door and the main square a 10 minute stroll away. We arrived later than planned due to delay with travel arrangements and arranged breakfast for the next morning to be available on a take away basis as we had a 6am pick up for a tour booked the next morning, it was no issue and was ready and waiting for us a reception. The hotel was definitely up there in terms of quality, lovely rooms with ‘quirky’ but beautiful decor, lovely bathroom and quality Milton Brown bathroom essentials. Super comfortable beds, room safe and nice touch of a welcome drink on arrival in the room. Special shout out to ‘Asia’ who hosted breakfast in the Fiorentina restaurant and the service she provided was excellent, went out of her way to ensure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was table service and multiple combinable options from omelettes, pancakes, cereals, choice of breads and continental meats and cheeses and all delightfully presented and cooked to order. After a smooth check out, the hotel assisted us with a tour of Krakow by golf buggy , which wanted to do before our evening flight home. Picked up from the hotel and arranged in 10mins!. Thank you Balthazar Hotel , Krakow a memorable stay in beautiful Krakow that will be hard to beat.
