  Great spot, handy for 10 minute walk into town. We took the split level apartment on the third floor, which also had a nice balcony.Apartment was clean and comfortable for the two of us but could sleep 3 easily

But I was wondering if you could be able to give me a price for coming back to stay with u guys this November from 9th to 17th. We stayed in Room 25 ; last year and had a superb time and want to embrace it again.   Pros• Great location, only a 10‑minute walk to the main square.• Large rooms that were always warm.• Well‑equipped kitchen with plenty of utilities.• The bed was very comfortable.Cons• We were on the ground floor facing the road rather than the garden. We had booked a superior room, but it didn’t feel like one.• The beds were singles instead of a double, although we pushed them together.• The sofa bed for my daughter was extremely hard and uncomfortable.• Noise insulation was poor. Every time the apartment above used the bathroom, we could hear everything — running water and even toilet use — which was particularly disturbing at night.• The shower was unsafe. There was no non‑slip mat and the tiles were very slippery. My husband slipped badly and injured himself, and my daughter also slipped and then refused to use the shower again.• I reported this both by email and at reception, but it did not seem to be taken seriously. When I asked about an accident book, I was told they didn’t have one. I felt it was important to raise this, as an older guest could be seriously injured.Overall The location and room size were good, but safety and comfort issues let the apartment down. If staying here, I would strongly recommend requesting a higher‑level apartment and avoiding apartment A.   Bella Epoque Krakow stay

  The location of this hotel is perfect. With a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the main square. The atmosphere in the general lobby is clean with traditional interior features. The reception staff could not be more helpful, with taxi bookings or trying to reserve tables at restaurants. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and clean. Noise was very minimal and everything for your stay accommodated for.Really recommend this accommodation.
